In the classroom of Room 213, Mrs. Summer Pattison teaches the students with different ways of learning math. This is her fifteenth year of teaching. She was inspired to teach because she helped her older sister who was struggling in math, and that opened up her passion for teaching.
Radford is her alma mater, and that motivated her to return to our school. She enjoys teaching alongside her former teachers, Mrs. Pai and Mrs. Johnson. Her favorite subjects are math and writing.
When she isn’t working and she has some spare free time, she spends her time with her loved ones.
“I like to go to the beach, or go bowling with my family,” Mrs. Pattison said.
When asked about her favorite upcoming school events, she said, “I really like the dress-up days and the homecoming bonfire.”
Mrs. Pattison is a hard working teacher who strives to make her lessons fun and engaging. If students wish to find her, she is in room 213 on the top floor, located in the 10’s wing.
