Mr. Ernesto Panagsagan is a first year teacher teaching Naval Science II and III under the Navy Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (NJROTC) program.
He retired from the US Navy last January 2012 after 27 years of active duty service.
“I am excited to be at Radford High School because the school is close to the Naval base and I know of so many young men and women who graduated from Radford when I was stationed at Ford Island Naval Base about 10 years ago,” Mr. Panagsagan said.
